What shipping methods do you offer?

• Within the Netherlands and the Benelux region, we ship with PostNL. Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days after dispatch

• For other EU countries, we use DHL, with an approximate delivery time of 4 to 6 business days after dispatch.

• For countries outside the EU, we use DHL. Delivery times vary by destination and can take up to 1 to 2 weeks.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Normally orders are dispatched 2-4 business days after the order is confirmed.

Will Sun’s Out Swim pay for the tax/customs duties outside EU?

Suns Out Swim is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes associated with international shipments. Please note that EU orders are not subject to customs duties or taxes. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s regulations, as payment of duties may be required to release your order if charges do apply.

Can I make a change to my order?

If you would like to make a change to your order, it’s important to do so as quickly as possible. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Generally, changes can be made within 12 hours of placing your order.

 

My parcel is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, what should I do?

Occasionally, delays beyond Sun’s Out Swim's control may occur, for which we cannot be held responsible. If you experience a delay with your parcel, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first, providing them with your tracking number for the most current information. If you have any unresolved questions, our customer care team will be happy to assist you further

What should I do when my parcel is lost?

The best thing to do is to reach out to the shipping carrier responsible for delivery and quote your tracking number as they will have the most up to date information. Let us know about the situation and we can figure out how we can help.
