What is our return policy?

We accept returns of bikinis purchased from sunsoutswim.com, provided they are in new condition with tags and liners intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return items for a full refund. Please note that sale items with a discount greater than 20% are eligible for exchange only, not for a refund.

For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear. We do not accept returns of worn, soiled, or stained items. Bikinis must be returned in their original, undamaged cotton mesh travel bag.

If your order total is over €250, shipping is free, provided you keep the entire order. If you return items and the adjusted order total falls below €250, the applicable shipping costs for your country and shipping method will be deducted from your refund.

How do I return my item(s)?

To initiate a return, simply email us at returns@sunsoutswim.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. Please send the items to our warehouse at:

How do I get my refund?

Once your item(s) have arrived back to us, our return team will inspect the item(s). The moment our return team put green light on your return you'll get your refund notification via email within 4 business days.


Can I return Final Sale Items or Items purchased with a Discount Code?

All items marked as final sale, have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please contact our Customer Care team and review our size chart before placing your order. No exceptions can be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues on final sale items.


Which items are exchangeable?

  • Items purchased in the last 14 days.
  • Full priced items in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you, provided it is available. This will be arranged after we have received and processed your return.

Which items are non-exchangeable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Sale items, including those purchased during flash sales with a discount code exceeding 20%, are eligible for exchange but not for a refund.
  • Items that have been worn or are soiled/stained.

What to do if you experience issues with your items?

If there are any issues with your item please feel free to contact our Customer Care team. We will do whatever we can to help you.


What happens if your return is rejected by our returns team?

Items not returned in their original condition—with hygienic liners intact, tags attached, and free from stains or soiling—will be shipped back to you. For sanitary reasons, we cannot issue store credits for these items. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs
